REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration must be confirmed by full payment prior to the event.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer (for more details, please see the different registration forms here)
A receipt invoice will be sent as confirmation of registration and payment. Bank transfer costs are on the delegates expenses.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
You will find the different hotel possibilities for each conference here by clicking on the prefered city.


CANCELLATION POLICY 
For any cancellations received any time before the 30th May 2009, a cancellation fee of € 50 will be payable.
For cancellations received between the 30th May 2009 and 1st August 2009 a cancellation fee amounting to half of the registration fee and hotel booking of the event will be charged.
For cancellations received after the 1st August 2009 the full charge will remain payable.
Cancellations must be in writing.
The date of cancellation is determined by the confirmed receipt of written cancellation.
